How to Make Buras/Burasa


Buras is a food from Makassar which is one variant of rice wrapped by banana leaf tied by rope and square shaped rather flat. Buras has a taste that is more delicious, tasty, and very fitting to accompany eat coto makassas as well as in eating with jajabu other Makassar food made from grated coconut seasoned.
The ingredients to make burasa: 500 grams of rice. Wash and drain. 1 liter of coconut milk. 2 pieces of bay leaf. 2 pieces of banana leaves are clean. 2 tablespoons of salt and than rapiah rope to tie.
How to make burasa: the first Lay the banana leaf first by heating the banana leaf sheets that have been cut on a small fire or steamed banana leaves until wilted after it drain. Prepare also rope to bind. The second Boiled coconut milk, bay leaf, and salt while stirring until boiling. Do not be left because it can be overflowing if it boils too big. And the last Boil water in the pan, enter the burus and cook until ripe for 3-4 hours. If it is ripe, remove and drain. Buras is ready to eat. 


How to Make Soto Ayam



Soto ayam is a dish of processed chicken based. With a unique flavor and delicious taste soto is a choice for you and soto ayam is very popular and favored by the people of Indonesia. Let’s try to make soto ayam….
The ingredients to make soto ayam: 1 chicken. 2 spring onions. 1 lemongrass, take the white part crushed. 2 pieces of lime leaves. 3 tablespoons cooking oil. 1.5 liters of water. And blend 6 cloves of garlic. 3 grains of pecan, roasted, 2 cm turmeric, 1 cm ginger, 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper, roasted, salt to taste. How to make soto ayam: The first put the chicken into the boiling water. The second Boil with low heat until the chicken meat tender. While finely sautéed spices until fragrant. How To Make Dange from pangkep

 


       Dange is one of the special food from pangkep regency, south Sulawesi province. Dange cake made fro black or white sticky rice, grated young coconut, and brown sugar.
      Tools to make dange: A’dangeng or mold of dange. Banana leaf. Charcoal or firewood. Spoon. Besot and knife. The ingredients to make dange: 150 ml boiled water. Margarine.125 grams of half-old grated coconut, steam for 20-30 minutes. 75 grams of brown sugar or palm sugar ( fine comb). 25 gram of sugar. ½ spoon fine salt.
      How to make dange : the first combine black sticky rice flour together with grated coconut (steamed), brown sugar,granulated sugar, fine salt, and boiled water. Mix well and drain. The second prepare cake paintings, basting using margarine. Pour the dough into the mold slowly while the dought is solidified.
