The News of Traditional Food ( Soto Ayam )

HOW TO MAKE SOTO AYAM







v  Ingredients:
1 chicken, 2 stalks of lemongrass (crushed), 1 segment of galangal finger (crushing), 3 bay leaves, 3 orange leaves, Salt (to taste), Pepper (to taste), Flavoring (to taste, if desired), 3 tbsp cooking oil, 2 L of water, 1 cup cabbage (thinly sliced), 250 gr bean sprouts (hot water flush), 50 gr of soun (hot water soak, 3 eggs (boiled until cooked, peeled and split 2), 2 grains of tomatoes (split 4-6), 1 spring onion (thinly sliced)
v  Ground spices:
6 cloves of red onion, 4 cloves garlic, 1 segment of ginger finger, 1 segment of turmeric finger,  5 grains of pecan (sangria).
v  Supplementary material:
2 lime grains (halved 2 or 4), fried onion (to taste, if desired).

v  How to make:
Wash chicken thoroughly, Blend or subtle seasoning, Heat the cooking oil in the pan and saute the finer spices until fragrant, Enter the water, chicken, lemongrass, galangal, bay leaf, and orange leaves. Cook over low heat until the chicken is cooked, Drain the ripe chicken and suwir-suwir the meat with a fork.
Prepare the bowl. Add chicken, soun, bean sprouts, chopped cabbage, tomatoes, eggs, and green onions, Pour the hot gravy into the bowl.
- Soto ayam ready to serve along with chunks of lime and fried onions).
