How to make sengkang cake
(Borobudur cake)
Sengkang cake is a delicious cake from selayar. The form
of this cake is unique because it form like a candi borobudur cause that the
cake also named with borobudur cake. Sengkang cake made since decades ago. At the

The inggredients
to make a sengkang cake are rice flour, wheat flour 1 kg, sugar 1 liter, butter

How to make this cake: the first, Heat the sugar to be liquid with add a

third, Add 3 eggs and dye (yellow colour) and then mix until blended while
enter the wheat flour sufficiently. The four, Mould
the dough and
add red sugar with walnuts to complement it
inside as its contents. After that oven the
dough that have we mould and the last the sngkang cake is ready to serve.
How to make

rice until half cooked or 15
minutes.And then, Prepare the pot, put the coconut milk,
salt, and bay leaf, cook until boiling. After that, Enter rice that has been cooked into the coconut milk, let
that, till coconut milk absorb to the rice. And then, Wrap
it with banana leaves and bind buras used the ropes. Next, Boil for 1-2 hours. And finally,
the delicious buras already to serve.
How to make soto ayam
the inggredients that
we have to prepare if want to make soto ayam are ½ chicken, 1 liter water,
cooking oil, salt, 2 Lemongrass. While
for the ground spices, the inggredients are 6 cloves of red onion, 5 cloves
garlic, 1 ginger, 1 turmeric, 4 pecan. 3
eggs, ½ cabbage (sliced), 200 gr bean
sprouts, 2 celery (sliced).
