How to make sengkang cake (Borobudur cake)

Sengkang cake is a delicious cake from selayar. The form of this cake is unique because it form like a candi borobudur cause that the cake also named with borobudur cake. Sengkang cake made since decades ago. At the time Only among the nobility that can eat this cake. But now, Anyone can enjoy it.
The inggredients to make a sengkang cake are rice flour, wheat flour 1 kg, sugar 1 liter, butter ½ kg, 3 eggs,red sugar, dye (yellow colour) and fanily. And then the inggredient  for the content of the cake are walnut and red sugar. And then the tools that we use to make this cake are loyant, mixer, and oven.
How to make this cake: the first, Heat the sugar to be liquid with add a little water and then mix until boiling. The second, Chill sugar that has melted. After that enter the butter and fanily to the sugar. The third, Add 3 eggs and dye (yellow colour) and then mix until blended while enter the wheat flour sufficiently. The four, Mould the dough and add red sugar with walnuts to complement it inside as its contents. After that oven the dough that have we mould and the last the sngkang cake is ready to serve.
How to make
This time we will share the recipes, the traditional recipes of Selayar.do you know Selayar?? Selayar is an archipelagic district located in South Sulawesi province, if you want to quickly see the map, the tip of the foot in Sulawesi and its shape extends like a shrimp, that is the Selayar area. Now, we have known  Selayar. I know every area can make a buras but buras from selayar is different with others. Generally, the people make a buras when lebaran and for to sell in the market. Here is how to make a buras.

the first we have to prepare to make a buras are inggredients and tools. The inggredients are 250 gr rice, 750 ml coconut milk, 1 sheet bay leaf, salt, banana’s leaf (heat on the fire until  flexible). The tools are ropes to bind the buras, grooming, and stove.
The second, how to make a buras. Steam rice until half cooked or 15 minutes.And then, Prepare the pot, put the coconut milk, salt, and bay leaf, cook until boiling. After that, Enter rice that has been cooked into the coconut milk, let that, till coconut milk absorb to the rice. And then, Wrap it with banana leaves and bind buras used the ropes. Next, Kesalahan penerjemahanBoil for 1-2 hours. And finally, the delicious buras already to serve.
How to make soto ayam
the inggredients that we have to prepare if want to make soto ayam are ½ chicken, 1 liter water, cooking oil, salt, 2 Lemongrass. While for the ground spices, the inggredients are 6 cloves of red onion, 5 cloves garlic, 1 ginger, 1 turmeric, 4 pecan. 3 eggs, ½ cabbage (sliced), 200 gr Kesalahan penerjemahanbean sprouts, 2 celery (sliced).
How to make soto ayam. The first Kesalahan penerjemahanBoil water and cook the chicken until cooked, Saute fine spices with cooking oil, cook until fragrant then enter lemongrass. After that, enter the spices that have stir-fried into the chicken broth, add a salt and stir. The second, prepare inggredients complementary, Kesalahan penerjemahanBoiled cabbage, bean sprouts and chicken eggs. Next shreds the chicken meat that have cooked. After all of the inggredient have cooked, soto ayam already to eat with rice, sauce and complementary inggredients
