How to Make Soto Ayam
Hi, we meet again in another recipe, here I am going to tell you
about how to make soto ayam but in this special opportunity I just want to show
you the simple recipe of soto ayam. Simple but It’s very tasty, this recipe is
my family secret’s formula, I was calling my mom to ask her about the recipe,
yeah only to ask her about it. Now, let me tell you then. First, you have to
prepare the tools like stove of course, pan, sauce pan, spatula, mixer, and
stirrer.
The Ingredients you may prepare are: a chicken, peanut that has
been fried 1/2L, galangal 5cm, 5 stems of lemon grass, 1 tea spoon of
coriander, a pile of garlic, 10 onions, ½ tea spoon of pepper, salt 1 spoon of
tea, 2 packs of masako/chicken flavors. First, fry the pepper during 3 minutes
after that, cool it down and mix all of the spices with mixer after you mix them
all. Heat oil on the pan, add all of the spices and stir-fry it while 2 minutes,
if you sniff the good smell from it, take it and cool it down.
While you wait for the spices to cool, time to make the gravy.
First, wash rice for several times, then grab the last and the second from the
last rice wash water. After that, heat the rice wash water in the sauce pan,
wait till boil. Then insert the chicken that has been cut into small pieces. While
waiting for the chicken mature, insert the spice that has been stir-fried into
the chicken sauce and wait till cooked. You need to wait for 30 minutes and the
soto ayam already to dishes. If you like, you can add lontong, vermicelli,
boiled egg and fried onions. Good luck.
