HOW TO MAKE BARONGKO







v  Ingredients :
The banana leaves are still easy, 5 Banana Comb, 25 Egg Pellets, 2.5 Kg Sugar, Vanilla to taste, 4 Coconut Seeds are already grated, 250 Ml Sweetened Condensed Milk, 1.5 Liter Water.

v  How to make :
Cut the banana leaves to the desired size eg 30 x 15 cm, if can form a banana leaf like a boat, Peel the banana that is ripe from the skin and the middle of the black in the waste, Then enter the coconut milk like the material above, Enter into the container and blender while pouring the coconut milk slowly, After that pour the bananas that have been in the blender into the blaskom, Add the egg into the blaskom and shake it until evenly and really soft, Add the granulated sugar and vanilla powder until blended, Lift the mixed dough using a cup and pour it into a mold of banana leaf that has been formed.
The tip of the banana leaf is closed by using the hekter so that its adonanan not easily uncovered, The last stage of the steaming process, neatly arranged in a cage and steamed for 30 minutes or banana leaves turn dark green, Lift and chill, Barongko cake ready to serve.
